So proud (and envious) of you! I am trying to get back on the wagon...you are very inspiring! Keep up the good work!
Thanks Andee! And truly, if I can do it, ANYONE can! It has been easier than I ever thought it would be! Really!!!
WOW. EASIER than you thought it would be.
That's a wonderful, powerful, counter-intuitive thought that will greatly encourage everyone caught in the conventional wisdom of "losing weight, becoming healthy is HARD, DEPRIVING, STARVING, SUFFERING, MISERABLE, AND JUST PLAIN SUCKS" And BTW great photos and GREAT BLOG. U ROCK !!!
Thanks Builder Bob! I 'learned' how to diet years ago. I now know that those diets do not work because they are based on deprivation. I now know, you HAVE to make a lifestyle change. You HAVE to track what you put in your mouth so you can troubleshoot problem areas. And you HAVE to exercise. You do not have to starve. You do not have to exercise to the point of exhaustion. You do not have to exercise in a way that makes you out of breath all the time. Once you change your thinking, the rest all falls into place and viola! You are healthier!!! AND it is for the rest of your life too!
