Just a quick drive-by weigh-in! I lost four pounds since I last weighed in. I am now down to 272! Soon I will have to ramp up my exercising. I am doing about 60 minutes a day right now. Most of the time is in the swimming pool. I am almost ready to branch out to a few of the exercise machines! Food/calories are going well. I love Greek yogurt!
