Walking with Walker Lady: Guess Who is in ONE-derland?

2012 GOALS

1. To be in "One-derland" by Valentine's Day, February, 14th, 2012. I will achieve this by continuing to track my foods and by continuing to get daily exercise. DONE: 1/28/12

2. To reach my goal weight of 191 pounds by Tax Day, April 15th, 2012. I will achieve this by continuing to track my foods and by changing up my exercises to keep tweaking my metabolism.

3. To be at my secondary goal weight of 175 by my 58th birthday, October, 2012. I will do this by continuing to monitor what I eat. I will keep eating healthier. I will keep exercising daily. I will also help others because that helps keep me motivated.

4. To stop eating anything after 8pm, by New Year's Day and for the rest of my life. I will do this by remembering I have made this commitment to myself. I do not need food after 8pm.

5. I will continue to set short, medium, and long term goals because it helps me to stay motivated.
